Tono — Privacy Policy

Tono does not collect personal data. There is no account, no sign-in, no server of ours and no analytics SDK in the app.

Photos. Your selfie and the photos of your garments are analysed on your device. They are never uploaded anywhere. The selfie is not stored: only the measured values (four numbers, a colour type and a confidence value) are kept on your phone. Photos of garments you add to the wardrobe are stored in the app's private folder on your phone and are deleted when you delete the piece or the app.

Camera. The camera permission is used only to take those photos, when you tap the shutter.

Purchases. Subscriptions are handled by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). Tono receives from the store a receipt that says whether a subscription is active; it does not receive your name, e-mail or payment details. Apple's and Google's own privacy policies apply to the purchase itself.

Your data, your phone. Everything Tono stores lives on your device. "Delete everything" in Settings removes it. Uninstalling the app removes it too.

Children. Tono is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them.

Tono no recoge datos personales. No hay cuenta, ni inicio de sesión, ni servidor nuestro, ni SDK de analítica en la app.

Fotos. Tu selfie y las fotos de tus prendas se analizan en tu dispositivo y nunca se suben a ningún sitio. El selfie no se guarda: solo quedan en tu móvil los valores medidos (cuatro números, un tipo de color y un valor de fiabilidad). Las fotos de las prendas que añades al armario se guardan en la carpeta privada de la app y se borran al borrar la prenda o la app.

Cámara. El permiso de cámara se usa solo para hacer esas fotos, cuando tú pulsas el disparador.

Compras. Las suscripciones las gestionan Apple (App Store) o Google (Google Play). Tono recibe de la tienda un recibo que dice si la suscripción está activa; no recibe tu nombre, tu correo ni tus datos de pago.

Tus datos, tu móvil. Todo lo que Tono guarda vive en tu dispositivo. «Borrar todo» en Ajustes lo elimina; desinstalar la app, también.

Tono erhebt keine personenbezogenen Daten. Es gibt kein Konto, keine Anmeldung, keinen eigenen Server und kein Analyse-SDK in der App.

Fotos. Dein Selfie und die Fotos deiner Kleidung werden auf deinem Gerät ausgewertet und nie hochgeladen. Das Selfie wird nicht gespeichert: auf dem Telefon bleiben nur die gemessenen Werte (vier Zahlen, ein Farbtyp und ein Sicherheitswert). Fotos von Teilen, die du in den Schrank legst, liegen im privaten Ordner der App und werden gelöscht, wenn du das Teil oder die App löschst.

Kamera. Die Kameraberechtigung dient nur diesen Fotos, wenn du den Auslöser tippst.

Käufe. Abos laufen über Apple (App Store) oder Google (Google Play). Tono erhält vom Store nur eine Quittung, ob ein Abo aktiv ist; keinen Namen, keine E-Mail, keine Zahlungsdaten.

Deine Daten, dein Telefon. Alles, was Tono speichert, bleibt auf deinem Gerät. „Alles löschen“ in den Einstellungen entfernt es; die App zu deinstallieren ebenfalls.
