One selfie in daylight, taken with the camera or chosen from your gallery. Tono reads your skin at four points, the iris and the hair, converts everything to CIE L*a*b* and places you in one of twelve colour subtypes, with a confidence value and your sister season, the second most likely type. Add more selfies and it combines them; if a consultant already told you your season, you can choose it yourself.

Free, always: measuring your colour type as often as you like, your thirty colours by name, the six to avoid, your sister season with its palette, gold or silver, saving the palette as an image, and three garment checks. Tono Pro, a weekly or yearly subscription, adds a score from 0 to 100 for every garment you like, in the shop or from a screenshot of an online shop, a wardrobe that knows what suits you, outfits from your own pieces, make-up for your type (foundation, lips, blush, eyeshadow and eyeliner), a hair card for your hairdresser and the drape test.
