1. Data we collect

None. The app collects, stores and transmits no personal data. There is no account to create and nothing to sign up for, no analytics, no advertising, no crash reporting and no third-party SDKs. It needs no internet connection to work, and it makes no network request of any kind: not on first run, not when you write down an egg, not ever.

2. Data stored on your device

Everything the app knows is kept in the phone's own app storage, under three keys and nowhere else:

• Your record book. Your flocks and herds, your individual animals, every entry you write down and your incubation and gestation batches, in one document with its schema version.
• Your settings. Language, light or dark theme, and text size.
• A rescue copy, only if it is ever needed. If the saved document cannot be read back — a file damaged by a failed write, a phone that ran out of space mid-save — the app does not delete it. It sets the original text aside under a third key and starts empty, so that a future version can still recover what was in there. Each rescue gets its own key, so a second failure cannot overwrite the first one. This copy is your data, it stays on the device exactly like the rest, and it is never read by anyone or sent anywhere.

Uninstalling the app deletes all three permanently. There is no copy anywhere else — not on a server of ours, because there is no server of ours.

3. Taking your records out, and what that does not change

You can export everything, and it still never passes through us. Settings has three buttons: one writes a spreadsheet with every record, one writes a backup file with everything in it, and one reads that backup back to restore a phone. All three hand the file to the system share sheet, which is you choosing where it goes — your files, your email, another phone. The file is written on your device and we never see it, because there is nowhere for it to reach us.

Restoring replaces what is on the phone: the app tells you how many records the backup holds and asks before it does anything, and it refuses a file that is not one of its backups, one from a newer version of the app, or an empty one.

4. Android permissions: the app asks for none

The Android build declares no permission at all. Not internet, not the advertising ID, not location, camera, microphone or media access. The manifest inside the published binary carries zero uses-permission entries, which is a stronger claim than any sentence on this page: it can be checked from outside, by anyone, on the file the store hands out.

Internet is the one worth naming, because Android build tooling adds it by default and almost every app carries it. This one has it explicitly removed, so "works without signal" is not a promise about our intentions — the app could not make a network request even if it tried.

5. Payment

The app contains no purchase or subscription code and asks you for no payment detail at any point. Whatever a store may charge for the app is handled by that store, and never reaches the app or us.

6. Children

The app is intended for adults keeping livestock. It is not directed at children, and it collects no data from anyone, children included.

7. Your rights

Because nothing ever reaches us, there is nothing for us to hand over, correct or erase on your behalf: under the GDPR we are not the controller of anything you write in this app. What you can do, you do on the phone: the Today screen undoes the last entry, and uninstalling the app removes every record, every setting and any rescue copy at once.

8. Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it, and the previous versions remain in the public history of this website.

1. Datos que recopilamos

Ninguno. La app no recopila, almacena ni transmite ningún dato personal. No hay cuenta que crear ni registro en nada, ni analíticas, ni publicidad, ni informes de fallos, ni SDK de terceros. No necesita conexión a internet para funcionar y no hace ninguna petición de red: ni al arrancar por primera vez, ni al anotar un huevo, ni nunca.

2. Datos guardados en tu dispositivo

Todo lo que la app sabe se guarda en el almacenamiento del propio teléfono, bajo tres claves y en ningún otro sitio:

• Tu libro de registro. Tus lotes y rebaños, tus animales de uno en uno, cada anotación que escribes y tus tandas de incubación y gestación, en un documento con su versión de esquema.
• Tus ajustes. Idioma, tema claro u oscuro y tamaño de letra.
• Una copia de rescate, solo si algún día hace falta. Si el documento guardado no se puede volver a leer —un fichero dañado por una escritura a medias, un teléfono que se quedó sin espacio al guardar—, la app no lo borra: aparta el texto original bajo una tercera clave y arranca en vacío, para que una versión futura todavía pueda recuperar lo que había. Cada rescate lleva su propia clave, así que un segundo fallo no pisa al primero. Esa copia es tuya, se queda en el dispositivo igual que lo demás, y no la lee nadie ni se envía a ningún sitio.

Desinstalar la app borra las tres de forma permanente. No hay copia en ningún otro sitio: tampoco en un servidor nuestro, porque no hay servidor nuestro.

3. Sacar tus registros, y lo que eso no cambia

Puedes exportarlo todo, y aun así no pasa por nosotros. Ajustes tiene tres botones: uno escribe una hoja de cálculo con todos tus registros, otro escribe un fichero de copia con todo dentro, y el tercero lee esa copia para restaurar un teléfono. Los tres entregan el fichero a la hoja de compartir del sistema, que eres tú eligiendo a dónde va: tus ficheros, tu correo, otro teléfono. El fichero se escribe en tu dispositivo y nosotros no lo vemos, porque no hay sitio al que pueda llegarnos.

Restaurar sustituye lo que hay en el teléfono: la app te dice cuántos registros trae la copia y pregunta antes de tocar nada, y se niega a leer un fichero que no sea una copia suya, que venga de una versión más nueva de la app, o que esté vacío.

4. Permisos de Android: la app no pide ninguno

La versión de Android no declara ni un permiso. Ni internet, ni el identificador de publicidad, ni ubicación, cámara, micrófono o acceso a fotos y vídeos. El manifiesto que va dentro del binario publicado no lleva un solo uses-permission, y eso es más fuerte que cualquier frase de esta página: se puede comprobar desde fuera, por cualquiera, sobre el mismo fichero que reparte la tienda.

Internet es el que merece nombrarse, porque la herramienta de compilación de Android lo añade por su cuenta y casi todas las apps lo llevan. Esta lo tiene quitado a propósito, así que «funciona sin cobertura» no es una promesa sobre nuestras intenciones: la app no podría hacer una petición de red aunque lo intentara.

5. Pago

La app no contiene código de compras ni de suscripciones y no te pide ningún dato de pago en ningún momento. Lo que la tienda pueda cobrar por la app lo gestiona esa tienda, y no llega ni a la app ni a nosotros.

6. Menores

La app está pensada para personas adultas que llevan animales. No se dirige a menores y no recopila datos de nadie, tampoco de menores.

7. Tus derechos

Como ningún dato llega hasta nosotros, no hay nada que podamos entregarte, rectificar ni borrar en tu nombre: a efectos del RGPD no somos responsables del tratamiento de nada de lo que escribas en esta app. Lo que sí puedes hacer, lo haces en el teléfono: la pantalla de Hoy deshace la última anotación, y desinstalar la app elimina de una vez todos los registros, los ajustes y cualquier copia de rescate.

8. Cambios

Si esta política cambia, cambia con ella la fecha de arriba, y las versiones anteriores quedan en el historial público de esta web.
