1. Who you are contracting with

Pounce: Games for Cats is published by Julen Lara. These terms govern your use of the app. The purchase itself is a contract between you and the store you bought it from — Apple Distribution International Ltd. or Google — who act as merchant of record. Billing, refunds, taxes and your statutory right of withdrawal are handled by them under their own terms.

2. Licence

You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use Pounce on the devices allowed by your store account. You may not resell it, decompile it or redistribute it.

3. Pounce Premium: what it is and how it renews

• What it unlocks. The four extra prey (bee, bird, fly, roach) and the Cat Cam. The four free games (mouse, laser, fish, ladybug) are complete and have no time limit; you never need to subscribe to play.
• Plans. Monthly (1 month) or yearly (12 months). At the time of writing the price in Spain is €3.99 per month or €14.99 per year; the price for your country is always shown in the app and in the store before you confirm, and that price is the one that applies.
• Renewal. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period and you are charged again, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends.
• How to cancel. On iOS, in Settings → your name → Subscriptions. On Android, in Google Play → Payments and subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next charge; you keep the extra content until the period you already paid for ends. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
• Changes of price. If the price changes, the store notifies you and asks for your consent before charging the new amount, as its own rules require.

4. Refunds

We cannot issue refunds: we never receive the payment. Refunds are requested from Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) or from Google Play. Your consumer rights under the law of your country are not affected by these terms.

5. What Pounce does not promise

Pounce is a toy, not a training product or a veterinary one. Every cat is different and we do not promise that yours will react to a screen, play with it, or keep playing with it. Supervise your cat, use a stable surface, and stop if the game agitates it. You are responsible for your device: claws and screens do not mix, and a screen protector is a good idea.

6. Liability

The app is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damage, for damage to devices caused by an animal, or for loss of local data. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

7. Privacy

Pounce collects no data and makes no network requests. See the Privacy Policy.

8. Apple

On iOS, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to the app and prevails over these terms where they conflict. Apple is not a party to these terms, has no obligation to provide support for the app, and is a third-party beneficiary entitled to enforce them.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date at the top says when. Spanish law applies, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.

1. Con quién contratas

Pounce: Games for Cats la publica Julen Lara. Estos términos regulan tu uso de la app. La compra en sí es un contrato entre tú y la tienda donde la hiciste — Apple Distribution International Ltd. o Google —, que actúan como vendedor. El cobro, los reembolsos, los impuestos y tu derecho de desistimiento los gestionan ellas con sus propias condiciones.

2. Licencia

Tienes una licencia personal e intransferible para usar Pounce en los dispositivos que permita tu cuenta de la tienda. No puedes revenderla, descompilarla ni redistribuirla.

3. Pounce Premium: qué es y cómo se renueva

• Qué desbloquea. Las cuatro presas extra (abeja, pájaro, mosca, cucaracha) y la Cat Cam. Los cuatro juegos gratis (ratón, láser, peces, mariquita) están completos y sin límite de tiempo: no hace falta suscribirse para jugar.
• Planes. Mensual (1 mes) o anual (12 meses). A fecha de hoy, el precio en España es de 3,99 € al mes o 14,99 € al año; el precio de tu país se muestra siempre en la app y en la tienda antes de confirmar, y ese es el que se aplica.
• Renovación. La suscripción se renueva automáticamente al final de cada periodo y se te vuelve a cobrar, salvo que la canceles al menos 24 horas antes de que termine.
• Cómo se cancela. En iOS, en Ajustes → tu nombre → Suscripciones. En Android, en Google Play → Pagos y suscripciones. Cancelar detiene el siguiente cobro; conservas el contenido extra hasta que termine el periodo que ya pagaste. Desinstalar la app no cancela la suscripción.
• Cambios de precio. Si el precio cambia, la tienda te avisa y te pide consentimiento antes de cobrarte el importe nuevo, como exigen sus propias normas.

4. Reembolsos

No podemos hacer reembolsos: el pago no llega a nosotros. Se piden a Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) o a Google Play. Estos términos no afectan a los derechos que la ley de tu país te reconoce como consumidor.

5. Lo que Pounce no promete

Pounce es un juguete, no un producto de adiestramiento ni veterinario. Cada gato es un mundo y no prometemos que el tuyo reaccione a una pantalla, que juegue, ni que siga jugando. Supervisa a tu gato, usa una superficie estable y para si el juego lo altera. El dispositivo es responsabilidad tuya: las uñas y las pantallas se llevan mal, y un protector es buena idea.

6. Responsabilidad

La app se ofrece tal cual. En la medida en que la ley lo permita, no respondemos de daños indirectos, de daños en dispositivos causados por un animal, ni de la pérdida de datos locales. Nada de esto limita la responsabilidad que la ley no permite limitar, incluidos el dolo y la culpa grave.

7. Privacidad

Pounce no recoge ningún dato y no hace peticiones de red. Consulta la Política de Privacidad.

8. Apple

En iOS se aplica el Contrato de Licencia de Usuario Final estándar de Apple, que prevalece sobre estos términos en lo que se contradigan. Apple no es parte de este contrato, no tiene obligación de dar soporte de la app, y es un tercero beneficiario con derecho a hacerlo valer.

9. Cambios y ley aplicable

Podemos actualizar estos términos; la fecha de arriba dice cuándo. Se aplica la ley española, sin perjuicio de las normas imperativas de protección al consumidor de tu país de residencia.
