Aro keeps track of your contraceptive ring and reminds you on the day to insert or remove it, at the time you choose. One payment, no subscription, and nothing about your cycle leaves your phone.

Where your schedule differs from the standard regimen, the app quotes the authorised product information verbatim — from the Spanish Medicines Agency (AEMPS) or the U.S. FDA — and links to the document, without interpreting or summarising it. / Aro lleva la cuenta de los días y te avisa. No es un consejo médico y no puede decirte si estás protegida: para eso, consulta el prospecto de tu anillo o habla con tu médico o farmacéutico. Cuando tu pauta se sale de lo previsto, la app cita literalmente la ficha técnica autorizada —de la AEMPS o de la FDA de Estados Unidos— y enlaza al documento, sin interpretarla ni resumirla.
