1. Data we collect

None. The app collects, stores and transmits no personal data. It contains no analytics, no advertising, no crash reporting and no third-party SDKs. It needs no account and no internet connection to work.

2. Data stored on your device

The following is stored only on your device and never leaves it:

• Your phase plan: which of the three phases you are in and when you started.
• Your reintroduction trials: the foods you test, the doses and the outcome.
• Your cofactors: the daily entries for stress, sleep, cycle, medication and alcohol.
• Your daily bucket: the foods you add to today's load.
• Preferences: your language and your filter settings.

Uninstalling the app permanently deletes all of it. There is no copy anywhere else.

3. The one time something leaves your device

Every figure in the app cites a published study, and each citation can be opened. When you tap a citation, the app hands the link to your system browser, and from that point your browser — not this app — is talking to the publisher's website (PubMed, a journal, a guideline body). The app sends nothing about you: no identifier, no history, no record of which citations you opened. Those sites have their own privacy policies. If you never tap a citation, nothing ever leaves your device.

4. Children

The app is intended for adults. It is not directed at children and collects no data from anyone, including children.

5. Your rights

Because no data ever reaches us, there is nothing for us to hand over, correct or erase on your behalf. You hold everything: you can view, edit and delete each entry inside the app, and remove all of it at once by uninstalling. Under the GDPR this means we act as no one's data controller for the content you create.

6. Payment

The app is a one-off purchase. The transaction is handled entirely by Google Play or the App Store; we never see your payment details, and the app itself has no purchase or subscription code in it.

7. Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it, and the previous versions remain in the public history of this website.

Ninguno. La app no recopila, almacena ni transmite ningún dato personal. No lleva analíticas, ni publicidad, ni informes de fallos, ni SDK de terceros. No necesita cuenta ni conexión a internet para funcionar.

2. Datos guardados en tu dispositivo

Lo siguiente se guarda únicamente en tu dispositivo y nunca sale de él:

• Tu plan de fases: en cuál de las tres estás y cuándo empezaste.
• Tus pruebas de reintroducción: los alimentos que pruebas, las dosis y el resultado.
• Tus cofactores: los registros diarios de estrés, sueño, ciclo, medicación y alcohol.
• Tu cubo diario: los alimentos que sumas a la carga de hoy.
• Preferencias: el idioma y los filtros.

Desinstalar la app lo borra todo de forma permanente. No hay copia en ningún otro sitio.

3. La única vez que algo sale de tu dispositivo

Cada cifra de la app cita un estudio publicado, y cada cita se puede abrir. Cuando pulsas una cita, la app le pasa el enlace al navegador del sistema, y a partir de ahí es tu navegador —no esta app— el que habla con la web del editor (PubMed, una revista, un organismo de guías clínicas). La app no envía nada sobre ti: ningún identificador, ningún historial, ningún registro de qué citas has abierto. Esas webs tienen sus propias políticas de privacidad. Si no pulsas ninguna cita, no sale nada de tu dispositivo nunca.

4. Menores

La app está pensada para personas adultas. No se dirige a menores y no recopila datos de nadie, tampoco de menores.

5. Tus derechos

Como ningún dato llega hasta nosotros, no hay nada que podamos entregarte, rectificar ni borrar en tu nombre. Lo tienes todo tú: puedes ver, editar y borrar cada registro dentro de la app, y eliminarlo entero desinstalándola. A efectos del RGPD, esto significa que no somos responsables del tratamiento de nada de lo que escribas.

6. Pago

La app es una compra única. La transacción la gestionan por completo Google Play o la App Store; nunca vemos tus datos de pago, y la propia app no contiene código de compras ni de suscripciones.

7. Cambios

Si esta política cambia, cambia con ella la fecha de arriba, y las versiones anteriores quedan en el historial público de esta web.
