None. FODMAP Guide does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. The app makes no network requests and requires no account.

2. Data stored on your device

The following information is stored only on your device and never leaves it:

• Food & symptom diary: the meals and symptoms you log.
• Favorites: the foods you mark as favorites.
• Preferences: your language selection.

Deleting the app permanently deletes all of this data.

3. Third-party services

We use no analytics, no advertising, no tracking, and no third-party services of any kind.

4. Your rights

Since no data ever leaves your device, you have full control at all times: you can view, edit or delete everything from within the app, and remove it entirely by uninstalling the app.

Ninguno. FODMAP Guide no recopila, almacena ni transmite ningún dato personal. La app no realiza peticiones de red y no requiere cuenta.

2. Datos guardados en tu dispositivo

La siguiente información se guarda únicamente en tu dispositivo y nunca sale de él:

• Diario de comidas y síntomas: las comidas y síntomas que registras.
• Favoritos: los alimentos que marcas como favoritos.
• Preferencias: el idioma seleccionado.

Al borrar la app se eliminan permanentemente todos estos datos.

3. Servicios de terceros

No usamos analíticas, publicidad, rastreo ni servicios de terceros de ningún tipo.

4. Tus derechos

Como ningún dato sale de tu dispositivo, tienes el control total en todo momento: puedes ver, editar o borrar todo desde la propia app, y eliminarlo por completo desinstalándola.
