The sound stopped during the night
This is the one problem worth writing about, and the one we want to hear about first. Some phones stop background apps aggressively to save battery. If it happens, tell us the phone model and the Android version, and whether the media control was still showing when the sound stopped — that one detail tells us where to look.
It is too quiet, or too loud
Cradle has its own volume, in five steps, and it multiplies your phone's. If the highest step is still too quiet, raise the phone's media volume too. If the lowest step is still too loud, lower the phone's.
I want it to keep playing until I stop it
That is how it comes: the timer is set to No limit unless you pick a duration. If you did pick one, tap No limit again.
Can I hear two sounds at once?
Yes. Open Mix, pick a second sound, and it gets its own volume next to the first.
Why does it ask for notification permission?
For the media control on the lock screen, so you can pause without unlocking the phone. If you say no, the sound still works exactly the same.

El sonido se paró por la noche
Es el problema que merece la pena escribirnos, y el primero que queremos saber. Algunos móviles paran las apps en segundo plano de forma agresiva para ahorrar batería. Si pasa, dinos el modelo del móvil y la versión de Android, y si el control de medios seguía visible cuando el sonido paró — ese detalle nos dice dónde mirar.
Suena demasiado bajo, o demasiado alto
Cradle tiene su propio volumen, en cinco pasos, y multiplica al del móvil. Si el paso más alto se queda corto, sube también el volumen multimedia del móvil. Si el más bajo sigue siendo mucho, bájalo.
Quiero que suene hasta que yo lo pare
Así viene: el temporizador está en Sin límite salvo que elijas una duración. Si elegiste una, toca Sin límite otra vez.
¿Puedo oír dos sonidos a la vez?
Sí. Abre Mezcla, elige un segundo sonido y tendrá su propio volumen al lado del primero.
¿Por qué pide permiso de notificaciones?
Para el control de medios de la pantalla de bloqueo, y así poder pausar sin desbloquear el móvil. Si dices que no, el sonido funciona exactamente igual.
